I continue to be active with Beverley Athletics Club, either running with them on a Wednesday or within the committee. I'm also out up to three times most weeks, and in the gym two or three times a week, including swimming most times I go. Many people ask what training plans I follow or to put some on the site. There are plenty of plans out there - Marathon and Half marathon plans are readily available - For a Marathon go to the London Marathonsite and for a Half Marathon try the Great North Runsite. Both have relevant plans for those distances and offer a range according to your current ability.
