An Ultra Marathon is anything over the 26.2 marathon distance. In this case, 100km or just over 62 miles. (It is not a very direct route!). Swimming and Cycling Lucas was in the pool and on the bike during July - many thanks to Total Fitness, Willerby, Kingston upon Hull. In addition, he took a lead on the visit of Ben Smith of the 401 Challenge on 8-9 August, when Ben visited Kingston upon Hull to run his 343rd and 344th marathons.
